In this article, the treatment of two clinical cases is presented, in which patients showed distocclusion, severe overbite, required correction occlusal plane and movements mandible. Both were treated with functional orthopedic appliances first case. patient was 4 years 5 months old, second, 10 old. had a significant pathological large difference height between right left sides.
